Origin
Datastreamtools began as a small review desk supporting controllers who needed an extra pair of eyes before auditors arrived. The work stayed deliberately narrow: bank statements, cash ledgers, and the explanations that make period-end balances believable.
How we approach reviews
We treat each reconciliation as a document trail, not a checklist score. Matching comes first; aging and narrative follow. Where evidence is thin, we say so plainly rather than force a clean schedule.

Working with Hong Kong teams
Our office is at Cosco Tower in Sheung Wan. Reviews can be completed on documents sent securely, or on your premises when original vouchers must stay on site. We schedule around Hong Kong public holidays and typical month-end crunch weeks.
