Data we collect

  • Correspondence related to scoping and delivery
  • Engagement working papers that may include names of your staff appearing on ledgers or vouchers
  • Technical logs such as IP address and browser type when you visit the site (see also our cookies page)

We do not ask for identity card numbers, bank login credentials, or payment card details through the website form.

Purposes

  • Responding to enquiries and scheduling reviews
  • Performing contracted reconciliation and cash review work
  • Meeting accounting and legal record-keeping duties
  • Improving site reliability where analytics cookies are accepted

We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before a contract, and engagement data to perform the contract. Analytics cookies run only with consent where required.

Retention
